Training Testimonials:
"This peer coaching experience has enhanced my professional practices as well as my ability to be a reflective practitioner... these applications result in immediate changes, versus other professional development where you have to later apply the skills... In education, we receive very little feedback whether it be praise or suggestions. We have heard about the knowing-doing gap. Peer coaching bridges that gap"

Coaching Testimonials:
I cannot thank you enough for your time, talent, and coaching skills. In the last few years of my government service, I spent countless hours writing notes to myself on what I wanted to do after I retired and was not able to make any reasoned decision. To be candid, I rescinded my retirement paperwork on three different occasions, partly because of fear of a void in my life that could have resulted from the end of my government career. You were willing to spend time with me, coach me, and help to me to get clarity on what was important to me. Through our work together, I was able to discern patterns in my life. Thanks to your involvement, I was able to give voice to my desire to become a member of the clergy. Even when I thought it was not possible to attain the training that I needed, you coached me through the school application process. Some of the courses, particularly pastoral counsel, presented their own challenges. Even with that, your coaching helped me succeed in them. As a direct result of your coaching, I was ordained as a rabbi on June 26, 2008. Thank you so much for your gifts, your insights, and your ability to help me to define and realize what I thought was unattainable.

I came to you at a time in my life when I was searching for a way to feel needed and successful. As my coach trainer, you were able to gain my trust and build up my confidence by your gentle reminders of my recent achievements. Your spoken compliments and understanding smiles provided encouragement to my bruised ego. I realized what a gem you were and knew I could trust in you completely.
Without telling me what to do, being the gifted coach that you are, you’d ask the right questions that led me to know for myself what must be done. In small group training sessions or private communications, you had an uncanny ability to help me know what to do and how to do it. Your coaching skills enabled me to formulate a plan of action when needed. My success as a coach for others is a tribute to your skills as my trainer.
There is no way I could have done what I did without you! Thank you for using your talent as a coach to guide my journey for the past four years. As you reflect upon the many coaching sessions you have led in the past, you may wonder how the skills you’ve shared with others have impacted their professional careers. For me, one word sums it up FABULOUS!
